The purpose of this study is to evaluate the opinions of school administrators working in primary, secondary and high schools regarding the prevention of bullying and violence at schools and to develop solution offers about this subject matter. The participants of the study consisted of 33 school administrators working in the central district of Muğla province. 12 (%36) of these administrators were working at primary schools, 8 (%25) of them were working at secondary schools and 13 (%39) of them were working at high schools. In the study, survey model was used in the quantitative part of the study whereas case study method was applied in the qualitative part of the study. According to the results of the study, it was found out that bullying and violence behaviors at schools mostly consisted of such behaviors as pushing and jostling, fighting, humiliating other friends, getting ganged and imposing something by force. Additionally, it was seen that activities such as informing teachers, stating rules together with the students, keeping risky areas of school under control and keeping in contact with parents are some of the activities conducted by school administrators with the purpose of preventing bullying and violence at schools.
