2009 yılında Gazi Üniversitesi İktisadi ve İdari Bilimler Fakültesi Ekonometri Bölümü’nden mezun oldu. Yüksek lisans eğitimini 2011 yılında Leicester Üniversitesi’nde tamamlayan İsmail Kavaz, doktora derecesini 2018 yılında Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt Üniversitesi’nde hazırladığı “Türkiye için Enerji Talebi Modellemesi ve Tahmini” başlıklı teziyle aldı. Çalışma alanları arasında enerji politikaları, enerji kaynakları, verimlilik ve enerji talebi konuları bulunmaktadır. Halen Fırat Üniversitesi İktisadi ve İdari Bilimler Fakültesi'nde öğretim üyesi olarak çalışmaktadır.
Mehmet Metin Dam is a multidisciplinary researcher with a Master’s degree in Economic Science from Selcuk University (Turkey) and a PhD in Environmental Economics from Aydin Adnan Menderes University (Turkey), where he currently serves as an Associate Professor. His research interests encompass environmental economics, climate change, environmental health, environmental modelling, environmental policy, sustainable development, air pollution, and sustainable environmental management. He has published more than 50 research articles and over 10 books and book chapters, including several recent publications in S/SCI-E indexed journals.
Junus Ganiev received his M.S. and PhD degree in Economics from the Kyrgyz - Turkish Manas University. He carried out his master’s thesis on inflation dynamics and doctoral thesis on corruption. He conducts research on monetary policy, international economic relations, economic growth and development. He has attended international conferences in many countries. He has journal articles, book chapters, books, conference papers. Damira Baigonushova is assistant professor at Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University, Department of Economics, Faculty of Economics and Management. Baigonushova received his M.S. and Ph.D. degree in Economics from the Kyrgyz - Turkish Manas University. She carried out her doctoral thesis on reasons and problems of twin deficits in the economy of Kyrgyzstan. Research interests are in the fields of international trade, remittances, external debt and economic growth. Nataliia Krasnokutska is a postdoctoral researcher at Comillas Pontifical University in Madrid, Spain. She served as Director of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Economics, Management, and International Business for two years and as Head of the Management Department at the National Technical University "Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute" (Ukraine) for seven years. In 2011, she earned her Doctor of Science (DSc) degree in Economics.
Her research interests span economics and management, focusing on corporate social responsibility, sustainability management, the stakeholder approach to decision-making, and performance management.
Professor Krasnokutska is the author and co-author of over 200 papers in economics and management. As of 2024, her work has received more than 3,170 citations on Google Scholar. She has also delivered numerous invited talks and guest lectures through the Erasmus program.
Dr. Emrah Bilgic is a Lecturer in Business Analytics with over ten years of experience in Higher Education. He holds an Associate Professorship in Turkiye and has an extensive background in teaching analytics-related modules. He holds Fellowship status (FHEA) with the Higher Education Academy, recognising his professional practice and commitment to excellence in teaching and learning in UK Higher Education. He has previously been involved in various research projects in the United States, Sweden, and the United Kingdom and Turkey.
He has extensive experience teaching a range of undergraduate and postgraduate modules, including Operations Research, Operation Management, Project Management, Marketing Analytics, Statistical Decision Making, and Research Methods. Dr. Ahmet Aysan is a professor and associate dean of research at Hamad Bin Khalifa University. He has been elected as a full Turkish Academy of Sciences (TUBA) member. He has been the Board Member and Monetary Policy Committee Member of the Central Bank of Turkiye and served as a consultant at various institutions such as the World Bank, the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey, and Oxford Analytica. He was the Deputy Director of the Center for Economics and Econometrics at Bogazici University, a member of the G-20 Financial Safety Net Experts Group, an Advisory Board member of the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Group of TUBITAK and a National Expert of the European Union, and the Dean of Management and Administrative Sciences at Istanbul Sehir University. Dr. Aysan is a member of the editorial boards of prestigious international journals and a recipient of the IKAM`s Islamic Economics Research Award, Fintech Researcher of the Year Award of Arab Fintech Forum in 2023, HBKU Research Excellence Award in 2024, Bogazici University Foundation Publication Awards, Bogazici University Foundation Academic Promotion Awards, and the Ibn Khaldun Prize for the best paper on the North African and Middle Eastern Country Studies granted by Middle East Economic Association. Olga Nosova is Professor of Economics, Senior Researcher at the Faculty of Public Governance and Business at the Mykolas Romeris University, Vilnius, Lithuania from August 2023. She worked as the Professor of the Department Marketing, Management and Entrepreneurship at V.N. Karazin Kharkiv National University, Kharkiv, Ukraine. She is the member of the European Association for Evolutionary Political Economy, Regional Science Association International, Lithuanian Scientific Society. Her research interests are focused in the areas of foreign direct investment, corporate governance, system transformation and regional integration.
She was a research scholar at the Kennan Institute for Advanced Studies, Woodrow Wilson International Centre in Washington, DC in 1997, “Contemporary Issues Program” in Portland State University in 2004.
A Ukrainian citizen, she received her PhD in Economics in 1992 and Habilitation in Economics from V.N. Karazin Kharkiv National University in 2002. She successfully graduated the Master Program in Applied Economics at the Institute for Advanced Studies in Vienna, and took part in various economic programs in Hebrew University, Central European University, Eurasia Foundation and etc.
During 1998-2000 she participated in the joint Belgium-Ukrainian project in support new educational program in Ukraine. She was as Visiting Professor at the Portland State University, Free University Berlin, University Potsdam, and the European University Viadrina, Frankfurt (Oder).

Her subject area includes sociology of internet, social media, psycholinguistics, Internet and Gender Studies. She participates in more than 20 international projects in education, gender and internet research and development. She also worked in Social and Behavioural Sciences Department of National Agency for Higher Education Quality Assurance in Ukraine. The latest project is devoted to “Media Literacy and Access to Trusted Information during the War in Ukraine” (UNESCO) where she is a coordinator from Ukraine.
