    ASBU Digital Law Review (ASBU DLR) aims to create an academic setting in which issues arising from the subject of Information Technologies, Communication and Internet Law as well as Information and Communication Technologies subject to legal regulations are discussed.

    The articles that are to be published in the journal are refereed on a double-blind peer review basis. Authors are not demanded any fees for submission or publication.

    ASBU DLR utilizes LOCKSS digital preservation service for the long-term preservation of the works published. 

    As of the issue of June 2021, Digital Law Review is an online-only journal.
