For English-language manuscripts, please follow the steps below. For Turkish-language manuscripts, please follow the corresponding steps accordingly in here.

1) First, prepare the title page of your manuscript. The Title Page must include:

• Title of the manuscript
• Author names
• Author affiliations and ORCID IDs (ORCID ID is mandatory for each author)
• Abstract
• Keywords
• Acknowledgments, Author Contributions, Data Availability Statement, Declaration of Interests, Ethical Statement, Funding, Generative AI Use Statement

2) Prepare the Manuscript File. When preparing the manuscript, any information that could reveal the authors' identities must be strictly avoided. Otherwise, the manuscript may be rejected by the Editor. The Manuscript File must include:

• Title of the manuscript
• Author names must NOT be included
• Author affiliations and ORCID IDs must NOT be included
• Abstract
• Keywords
• Acknowledgments, Author Contributions, Data Availability Statement, Declaration of Interests, and Funding must NOT be included
• For all other formatting rules, please refer to the sample file.
