All articles published in the Black Sea Journal of Engineering and Science (e-ISSN: 2619-8991) are published in the full open-access model. All editors, authors, and readers registered in the DergiPark system are entitled to access all issues and articles free of charge. Therefore, an article processing charge (APC) is requested for each manuscript submitted for evaluation, regardless of the number of pages, to cover the expenses incurred during the editorial process, referee evaluation process, acceptance for publication, publication, and post-publication processes.

Important Note
- Authors must wait for the "Payment Receipt" to be sent to the author's email address by the Editorial Office before making any payments.
- For billing purposes, a passport or ID number must be included in the description field on the payment "Payment Receipt."
- Authors must also include all transfer fees and 20% VAT in their "Article Processing Charge" payments.
