Ethical Guidelines for Authors
The content of the submitted manuscript must be original, and all citations or quotations must be presented in compliance with ethical standards and must be complete, as ensured by the author.
Authors must remain true to the findings of their research. Altering findings, fabricating results, or conducting research based on fabricated findings is unacceptable.
Authors are required to disclose any conflicts of interest that could potentially affect the findings or scientific outcomes of the work.
Authors cannot submit their work simultaneously to multiple journals. Each submission may only be initiated after the completion of the previous submission.
Ethical Guidelines for Referees
Referees must be aware that the evaluation process is confidential. Each submission to the journal must be assessed impartially by the referees. Referees should only accept submissions related to their area of expertise. The language used in evaluations should be respectful and non-offensive, aiming for a constructive and courteous tone. Accepted submissions should be reviewed within the specified time frame and ethical guidelines. Referees must not access the authors' identities, and if a reviewer inadvertently discovers an author's identity, the evaluation process for that submission must be canceled. Any suspected instances of plagiarism must be reported to the editor.
Ethical Guidelines for the Editor and Editorial Board
The editor and editorial board maintain the confidentiality of the peer review process and do not share it with third parties. They monitor the process and ensure its smooth operation. They should act responsibly regarding conflicts of interest or contentious submissions.
