Abstract

The digital transformation process, which is also named Industry 4.0, has started with increasing momentum and continuous development of digital technologies. In this process, people met many new technologies such as the internet of things, cyber-physical systems, cloud computing, big data, blockchain, and autonomous robots, and these technologies were first used in production. But this transformation has begun to affect not only production but also social and business life. So much so that, day by day, it affects more and more intensely the way individuals do business, their organizational structures, their management strategies, and even their lifestyles and value understandings.
This study, it is aimed to determine the various factors that affect the perspective of the VHS students, who will be employed as the intermediate staff of the future, to digital technology. For this purpose, based on the Technology Readiness and Acceptance Model (TRAM) theory, students' level of adoption of this technology, their usage intentions, and their behaviours were examined.
In the study, the questionnaire technique was used, which is a quantitative approach, and the variables were adapted based on the digital transformation process. The questionnaires were applied to 779 students in 26 departments in 6 vocational schools within Kahramanmaraş Sütçü İmam University.
Frequency analysis, factor analysis, validity and reliability analysis, correlation, and regression analysis were performed in the study. As a result of the analysis, it was found that optimism, innovativeness, discomfort, and insecurity positively affected perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. It has been found that these have positive effects on the intention to use and actual use

Dijital Dönüşüme Dair Algıların Teknolojiye Hazir Olma ve Kabul Modeli (TRAM) ile Analizi: Kahramanmaraş Sütçü İmam Üniversitesi MYO Öğrencileri Üzerinde Ampirik Bir Çalışma
