They are naturally interacting with the gym teacher and the sports teacher because they are studying the game and physical activities of the classroom teachers. In the study, it is aimed to reveal metaphors by using the phenomenology design, which is one of the qualitative research methods related to the physical education and sports teachers of the classroom teachers and how the future teacher should be. The study group consists of 80 classroom teachers who served in primary schools in Altındag district of Ankara province in 2021-2022 academic year. In the study, the students are like "physical education and sports teacher". Because…” and “the teacher of the future… should be. Because…” they were asked to voluntarily participate in short forms to establish their personal perception. As a result of the investigation, 58 for gym and sports teachers has detected 41 metaphors for future teachers. When categorically examining the perceptions of physical education teachers in the classroom-"friend," "life-enhancing," "physical strength," "example/model"-they were found to fall into the categories of "relaxed," "leader," and "athlete." In the category of teachers' vision of the future, it was found that it is divided into the categories of "enlightened", "hardworking", "solution-oriented", "compassionate", "technological" and "leader". The study emphasized that classroom teachers are very important to school and students, while the teacher of the future should have features that enhance itself with technological developments and guide students.
