The aim of this study is to examine the relationship between leisure satisfaction and quality of life of the employees (doctor, dietitian, biologist, psychologist, nurse, caregiver, officer, servant, security) in Manisa Mental Health and Diseases Hospital according to some variables and to determine the relationship between them. As a data collection tool, "Personal Information Form" prepared by the researcher, "Leisure Time Satisfaction Scale" consisting of 24 items and "Worker Life Quality Scale" consisting of 30 items were used. The sample group of the study consists of a total of 401 (226 female and 175 male) employees working in Manisa Mental Health and Diseases Hospital, who were selected by convenience sampling, one of the non-random sampling methods. The data obtained in the research were analyzed in the SPSS 25.00 package program. In the statistical representations of the data, arithmetic mean, standard deviation and frequency values are presented. T-Test, multivariate analysis of variance (MANOVA) and Pearson Correlation analyzes were used to determine the differences between the variables. As a result of the t-test results, no difference was found in the leisure time satisfaction levels in terms of the gender variable. In addition, it was determined that there was no difference in the gender variable in terms of working quality of life. When the MANOVA test results were examined, it was determined that leisure satisfaction had an effect on the quality of life of the employee. Correlation test results showed that there is a significant relationship between the leisure time satisfaction levels of the volunteer participants working in Manisa Mental Health and Diseases Hospital and the quality of life of the employees.
