The Journal of Labour Relations began its academic publishing activity in 2010. It publishes articles, translations, book reviews, and research reports in both Turkish and English.

The Journal of Labour Relations accepts manuscripts in the fields of social policy, industrial and organizational Psychology, sociology of work, labour economics, industrial relations, labour and social security law, management and organization, and human resource management, with a focus on working life. The Journal of Labour Relations is a national and international peer-reviewed scholarly journal published twice a year, in January and July.
