The Caucasian Journal of Science adopts a double-blind peer review system to ensure scientific quality and publication ethics.
Initial Editorial Screening
Submitted manuscripts are first evaluated by the editor and/or field editors based on:
Scope of the journal
Scientific originality and contribution
Compliance with formatting guidelines
Ethical standards
Manuscripts that do not meet these criteria may be rejected without peer review
Reviewer Assignment
Manuscripts that pass the initial screening are sent to at least two independent reviewers. A third reviewer may be assigned if necessary.
Reviewers:
Are selected based on subject expertise
Must not have conflicts of interest
Must comply with academic ethical standards
Double-Blind Review
The journal applies a double-blind review process:
Identities of authors and reviewers are concealed
The process is conducted objectively and impartially
Review Criteria
Reviewers evaluate manuscripts based on:
Scientific originality
Methodological soundness
Validity of data and results
Contribution to the literature
Clarity and quality of writing
Reviewer reports must be constructive, justified, and academic in tone.
Editorial Decision
Based on reviewer reports, the editor makes one of the following decisions:
Accept
Minor revision
Major revision
Reject
The editor’s decision is final and based on scientific quality and journal policies.
Revision Process
Authors must respond to reviewer comments in detail.
Revised manuscripts may be sent for re-evaluation if necessary.
Timeline and Tracking
The peer review process is expected to be completed within 4–8 weeks.

Confidentiality is strictly maintained
