AİLENİN KATILIMI İLE SOSYAL SERMAYE ARASINDAKİ İLİŞKİNİN AİLE ŞİRKETLERİNDEKİ ETKİSİNİ ÖLÇMEK: KONYA’DAKİ AİLE ŞİRKETLERİ ÜZERİNE BİR ARAŞTIRMA

Abstract

Aile şirketlerinin varlık sebebi olan ve onların temelini oluşturan aile, sürdürülebilirliğin de anahtar kavramıdır. Ekonomik gerekçeler ve diğer çevresel faktörlerin diğer işletmeler içinde geçerli iken aile işletmelerinin özellikle aile ile ilgili içsel ilişkiler üzerinden değerlendirilmesi ailenin önemli olduğu savını güçlendirmektedir. Bu savın anlamını çözümlemede yani ailenin ilişki içeriğini anlamada sosyal sermaye yol gösterici bir kavram olarak karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Nitekim güven, işbirliği, ilişkilerin niteliği, bağlar gibi birçok kavram sosyal sermayenin kavramları olarak tanımlanmaktadır. Sosyal sermayenin aile bireyleri arasındaki ilişkiyi betimlemesi ve bunun aynı zamanda şirkete olan yansıması önem kazanmaktadır. Çalışmanın teorik çerçevesi aile şirketlerinin varlığı ve sounların aile üzerinden incelemiş, sonrasında sosyal sermayenin aile şirketleri ve aile ilişkilerindeki yerinin tartışılması ile devam etmiştir. Sosyal sermayenin aile içerisindeki yerini belirlemede farklı türleri bulunmakta olup, bunların içerisinden aile ilişkilerini betimlemede nitelikli katkı sağlayacak bağlayıcı ve köprü kurucu sosyal sermaye seçilmiştir. Uluslararası alanda gerçekleştirilmiş olan çalışmanın pilot uygulaması yapılarak doğrulanmıştır. Sonrasında ilgili anket çalışması Konya Sanayi Odası üyeleri içerisinde, en az 250 işçi çalıştıran ve imalatla uğraşan aile şirketlerinin 1. Kuşak temsilcilerine yönelik ile anket aracılığı ile çalışma yürütülmüştür. Sosyal sermayenin belirlenmesinde kurucunun etkili olduğu ve aile şirket yaşamına doğrudan etkide bulunduğu literatürde yer almaktadır. Buna bağlı olarak 1. Kuşaklar üzerinden araştırma yapılmıştır. Yani belirlenmiş kısıtlara bağlı olarak 200 aile şirketinin oluşturduğu örneklem üzerinden temel hipotez; ‘Aile İşletmelerinde Aile Katılımının Bağlayıcı Sosyal Sermaye Üzerinde Pozitif, Köprü Kurucu Sosyal Sermaye Üzerinde ise Negatif Bir Etkisi’ araştırılmış olup, alt hipotezlerle çalışmanın varsayımları istatistiki analiz ile sınanmıştır. SPSS 21 paket programı ile yapılan analizler ve yapılan değerlendirmelere bağlı olarak, temel hipotezin doğrulandığı ayrıca bağlayıcı sosyal sermayenin köprü kurucu sosyal sermaye için bir basamak görev gördüğü de belirlenmiştir.
