GİRİŞİMCİLİK BAŞARISIZLIĞININ GİZLİ DERSLERİ

Abstract

Girişimcilik ile ilgili süreçlerin ve girişimcilerin kendilerinin genel olarak yenilik ve başarı yaratma potansiyelleri ile övülmesine yönelik başarı hikayelerinin anlatılması çok yaygın olsa da, girişimciliğe dair sürecin ayrılmaz bir parçası olan zorluklar ve bu zorlukların kaçınılmaz bir parçası olan başarısızlık konusu çoğunlukla göz ardı edilmektedir. Oysa başarısızlığa yol açan faktörlerin anlaşılması girişimcilerin bunlardan öğrenerek başarılı olma olasılıklarını artırabilecektir. Bu çalışmada yazında başarısızlık kavramına odaklanan çalışmaların derlemesi yapılarak başarısızlığa neden olan faktörlerle ilgili sınıflandırma yapılmıştır. Ayrıca çalışmanın son kısmında, başarısızlıkla başa çıkma süreçlerinde yapıcı öğrenmenin gerçekleşmesinin ortaya çıkaracağı olumlu sonuçlar ile ilgili önermeler geliştirilmiştir.
