Dr. Esra BULUT PARSAK graduated with high honors from Gazi University Faculty of Law in 2015. She began her professional career after being admitted to the Adana Bar Association in 2016. Following a period of private legal practice, she embarked on her academic career in 2017 as a Research Assistant in the Department of Civil Procedure and Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law at Çukurova University Faculty of Law.

In 2019, she completed the LL.M. Program in Private Law at the Institute of Social Sciences, Çukurova University, with her master’s thesis entitled “Voluntary Joinder of Parties in Civil Procedure” and was awarded an LL.M. degree. In 2026, she earned her Ph.D. in Law from the same university with her doctoral dissertation entitled “Expert Determination in Civil Procedure.”

Dr. BULUT PARSAK’s academic research primarily focuses on Civil Procedure Law, Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law, Arbitration, Mediation, and other forms of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). She is also qualified as a Specialized Mediator, Concordat Commissioner, and Court-Appointed Expert.

At Çukurova University Faculty of Law, she serves as the academic advisor to the Student Activities Evaluation Committee, through which she contributes to the planning and organization of academic, social, and cultural activities in cooperation with student societies. She also serves within the Çukurova University Social Contribution Coordination Office and the Student Clubs Coordination Board.

As part of her professional activities, she actively participates in the work of the Adana Bar Association’s Arbitration Commission, Mediation Commission, Career, Professional Development and Projects Commission, and Commission for Communication with Law Faculties and Law Students. In this capacity, she has delivered “Legal Methodology” training programs for lawyers at the Adana Bar Association.

To further her academic and professional development in the field of international arbitration, she is a member of the young professional networks of several international organizations, including the Young International Arbitration Group (YIAG), Young ICSID, ICC Young Arbitrators Forum (YAF), Young ICCA, Young ISTAC, and Young EDAC.

Dr. BULUT PARSAK is the founder and trademark owner of the Sav Institute for Legal Research. Within the Institute, she provides academic consultancy and delivers practice-oriented training sessions entitled “How to Draft Legal Pleadings” for trainee lawyers and law students as part of the Sav Institute Trainee Lawyer Workshop. She also serves as a Member of the Supervisory Board of the Law, Technology and Art Association and as an Academic Advisor to the ALIA – Art-Law-Innovation Alliance Journal.
