Cukurova University Law Studies Journal

Cukurova University Law Studies Journal (CUHAD) is a publication of the Çukurova University Faculty of Law. It is an electronic journal that operates under a double-blind peer-review model. CUHAD is published twice a year, in June and December.

CUHAD is an open-access journal which means that all content is freely available without charge to the user or his/her institution. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles or use them for any other lawful purpose without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author. This is in accordance with the BOAI definition of open access.

Manuscripts that successfully pass the evaluation process are made available for early viewing prior to the scheduled publication date.

All works published in CUHAD are licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License.
