Ceviz ve Bademde Prune dwarf virus, Prunus necrotic ringspot virus ve Cherry leaf roll virus Yoğunluklarının Mevsimsel Değişimi

Abstract

Bademde Prune dwarf virüs (PDV) ve Prunus necrotic ringspot virüs (PNRSV),  cevizde ise Cherry leaf roll virüs (CLRV) ile doğal enfekteli olduğu
belirlenmiş ağaçlardan en uygun örnek alma dönemini belirlemek üzere bölgemizde
ilk defa böyle bir çalışma yürütülmüştür. 
2014 yılı vejetasyon dönemi boyunca yaklaşık olarak iki haftada bir 2
badem ve 2 ceviz olmak üzere toplam 4 ağaçtan yaprak örnekleri DAS-ELISA ile
testlenmiştir. Elde edilen sonuçlara göre her üç virüsün konsantrasyonu
ilkbaharda en yüksek absorbansa (PNRSV için 1,891, PDV için 0,507 ve CLRV için
2,22) ulaşırken sıcaklıkların yükselmesi ile Temmuz ayından itibaren
konsantrasyonun negatif absorbans değerleri verdiği görülmüştür. Sonbaharda
Ekim ayından itibaren PNRSV, PDV ve CLRV-1 izolatlarının tekrar pozitif
absorbans değerlerine ulaştığı saptanmıştır. CLRV-2 izolatı ise sadece Temmuz
sonuna kadar pozitif sonuç vermiş sonraki aylarda vegetasyon sonuna kadar
negatif değerlerde seyretmiştir. Bütün ceviz ve badem izolatlarında; PNRSV, PDV
ve CLRV için en uygun örnekleme zamanının ilkbahar ayları olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır.
