Bu çalışmada; öğretmenlerin, örgütsel sosyalleşme düzeyleri ile birlikte çalışma yeterlikleri arasındakiilişki incelenmektedir. Çalışmanın evrenini 2012–2013 eğitim-öğretim yılında Düzce ilinde görev yapan 4069öğretmen oluşturmaktadır. Örneklem 350 öğretmenden oluşmaktadır. Basit rastgele örneklem alma yöntemikullanılmıştır. Çalışmada örgütsel sosyalleşme ölçeğinin alt boyutları olan mesleki yeterlik, örgüt tarih ve dili ileörgüt politikası alt boyutları bazı kişisel değişkenlere göre anlamlı fark göstermektedir. This study investigates the relationship between teachers’ organizational socialization level andcooperation competencies levels. The universe of the research consists of 4069 teachers working in Düzceprovince in 2012–2013 educational year. Random sampling method has been used and 350 teachers haveparticipated in the study. Statistically significant differences according to some demographical variables havebeen observed in professional competence, organizational history and language, organizational policy andconformity with goals and values subscales of organizational socialization scale. In the study, a low levelcorrelation has been observed between cooperation competence scale and some subscales of organizationalsocialization such as professional competence, organizational history and language and organizational policy.The correlation between cooperation competences scale and interpersonal relationships, conformity withorganizational goals and values subscales of organizational socialization scale has been observed to bemoderate
