TEACHING TURKISH AS A FOREIGN LANGUAGE WITH REFLECTIVE TEACHING

Abstract

In this study what is focused on is the method of Reflective Teaching that can be implemented in the teaching of Turkish as a foreign language, which is supposed to contribute to the European culture. Reflective teaching, though not widely used in our country, is frequently employed in the teaching of English in the language teaching and in teaching training all over the world. Reflection in training, in plain terms, can be explained as thinking of what is happening in the teaching atmosphere during and after the teaching process and as making some changes in the light of these thoughts (Mc.Collum 2002)
