Although the dominance is a phenomenon that can be observed, it is difficult to determine its position theoretically and precisely. However, Michel Foucault argued that dominance influences the social spaces so that dominance with temporary configurations and discourse structures can make themselves visible (Srubar 2009 :201). In this context, it is not wrong to say that the space is an important element to be avoided the temporality and to resist the memory against the time.
One of the most important thinkers of the 20th century is Edmund Husserl whose ideas have contributed to making the analysis of philosophy, sociology, and psychology. The aim of the work is to analyse the National September 11 Memorial&Museum by using Husserl's phenomenology as a method. Thus, it is aimed to evaluate the museum, which is accepted as a memory place, with the reference to Husserl.
