Kayısı Çekirdeği Yağından Kozmetik Sabun Üretimi

Abstract

Kayısı çekirdeği yağı değerli proteinler, vitaminler ve değişik mineraller içerir. Ayrıca biyolojik aktif maddeler, antimikrobiyal, antiseptik, antioksidant, esansiyel aminoasitle bakımından zengindir. Bu değerli bileşenleri deri ile buluşturmak önemlidir. Yapısında düşük oranda kayısı çekirdeği yağını bulunduran sabunlar cild dostu kozmetik ürün olarak bilinirler. İçerisinde yağ barındıran sabunlar(superfatting) deri içinde faydalıdır. Bu çalışmada Elazığ’ın Baskil ilçesinde yetiştirilen kayısı çekirdeği yağlarından ilk kez sabun elde edilmiştir. Bu amaçla soğuk sıkım kayısı çekirdeği yağları alınıp kostik (sodyumhidroksit) ile oda şartlarında etkileştirilerek soğuk yöntemle içerisinde yağ barındıran kozmetik sabun üretildi.

Cosmetic Soap Production from Apricot Kernel Oil

Abstract

Apricot kernal oil contains valuable proteins, vitamins and various minerals. It is also rich in biologically active substances, antimicrobial, antiseptic, anti-oxidant, essential amino acids.It is important to combine these valuable ingredients with human body. Soaps that contain low apricot kernel oil in their structure are known as skin-friendly cosmetics. Soaps containing oil (superfatting) are beneficial in the skin. In this study, soap was obtained for the first time from apricot kernal oils grown in Baskil district of Elazig for this purpose, cold pressed apricot kernel oils were taken and mixed with caustic (sodium hydroxide) under room conditions and cosmetics soap containing oil was produced by cold method.
