ÜNİVERSİTE ÖĞRENCİLERİNİN MEMNUNİYET BOYUTLARININ BELİRLENMESİNE YÖNELİK BİR ARAŞTIRMA: PINARHİSAR MESLEK YÜKSEKOKULU ÖRNEĞİ

Abstract

Bu
araştırmanın amacı Kırklareli Üniversitesi Pınarhisar Meslek Yüksekokulu’nda
öğrenim gören öğrencilerin meslek yüksekokulundan duydukları memnuniyet
boyutlarının ve bu boyutların aralarındaki ilişkilerin belirlenmesi ve
memnuniyet boyutlarının, meslek yüksekokulunda öğrenci olmaktan duyulan
memnuniyet üzerindeki etkisinin tespit edilmesidir. Bu amaç doğrultusunda
öğrencilerden anket tekniği ile veri toplanmış ve toplanan veriler analiz
edilmiştir. Yapılan açıklayıcı faktör analizi sonucunda,
öğrencilerin meslek yüksekokulundan duydukları memnuniyeti temsil eden dokuz
memnuniyet boyutu elde edilmiştir. Yapılan korelasyon analizi sonucunda
memnuniyet boyutlarının aralarındaki ilişkiler ortaya çıkarılmıştır. Yapılan
çoklu doğrusal regresyon analizi sonucunda öğrencilerin Pınarhisar Meslek
Yüksekokulu’nda öğrenci olmaktan duydukları memnuniyete etki eden memnuniyet
boyutları tespit edilmiştir.
