The Journal of Economics, Business and Finance is a scientific and periodical journal. Our journalserves as a publication tool in solving problems in the field of economics and business. It is thought that the studies published in the journal will make significant contributions to these fields.

Studies in the fields of business, economics, finance, public finance, labor economics and econometrics are accepted in our journal.

Please note the following spelling rules when writing your paper. Articles that do not comply with the rules will not be accepted and will be returned without being included in the referee process.In particular, tables and figures should be grouped so that they do not slip. In addition, tables and figures should not go beyond the page dimensions.

- The number of pages (including references / references) should never exceed 20.


- The size of the text is 12 points.


- The page size will be A4.

The publication process of the Journal of Economics, Business and Finance Studies is based on the unbiased production, development and sharing of information using scientific methods; Commits to preventing wrong practices in publishing by adhering to academic principles and in accordance with the determined academic and ethical standards.

Peer-reviewed studies are studies that embody and support the scientific method. In the publishing process, it is important that the authors, readers and researchers, referees and editors comply with the standards of ethical principles. All stakeholders are expected to bear ethical responsibilities within the scope of the publication ethics of the Journal of Economics, Business and Finance Studies.

The principles published by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) are adopted as open access in ethical duties and responsibilities in the Journal of Economics, Business and Finance Studies.

Ethical Rules


Within the scope of publication ethics, the Journal of Economics, Business and Finance Studies is expected from all stakeholders to bear the following ethical responsibilities:

Author's Responsibilities


· It is the author's responsibility to ensure that the studies submitted for publication have academic and scientific qualities.

· The author declares that all data in the article are original.

Citations and bibliography must be cited completely.

· Although the plagiarism screening will be done by the journal, the responsible person of the plagiarism is accepted as the author and the results are directed to the author (s).

· A study sent to the journal should not be sent to another journal or journals at the same time. It should be ensured that all authors whose names are written in the article contribute to the research. It is against the ethics of science to show people who have no academic contribution as additional authors or to rank authors with non-scientific criteria such as title, age and gender, regardless of the order of contribution.

· It is assumed that the authors who submit articles to the journal have read and accepted the ethical rules, publication principles and writing principles of the journal. Authors should take into account the "Scientific Research and Publication Ethics Directive" specified by the Council of Higher Education.

Whether the articles to be published in the journals require ethics committee permission and / or legal / special permission should be stated in the article. If these permissions are required, it should be clearly presented from which institution, on what date and with which decision or issue number the permit was obtained.


If the study requires the use of human and animal subjects, it must be declared that the study was carried out in accordance with international declaration, guideline, etc.
Responsibilities of the Referee


· Referees should act with the awareness that they are the most basic determinant of the academic quality of the article to be published in the journal and evaluate them with the responsibility of increasing academic quality.

· Reviewers should only accept peer review of articles for which they have the expertise required to make an appropriate review.

· After the article review process, any information about the reviewed article should not be shared with others in any way.

· Referees should only evaluate the accuracy of the content of the articles and their compliance with academic criteria. The fact that the opinions expressed in the article differ from those of the referee should not affect the evaluation.

· Referee reports should be objective and measured. Insulting, insulting and accusing statements should be avoided.

· Referees should avoid superficial and ambiguous statements in evaluation reports. In the evaluations with negative results, the missing and flawed issues on which the result is based should be explained concretely.

· Referees should evaluate the articles within the time given to them. If they are not going to make an assessment, they should report it to the journal within a reasonable time.



Editorial Responsibilities


· Editors should accept articles that will contribute to the relevant fields specified in the journal policy to the evaluation process.

· Editors should prioritize academic concerns and criteria when accepting articles to the journal.

· Editors have full responsibility and authority to accept or reject an article.

· Editors should not have a conflict of interest / relationship with the authors of the articles they accept or reject.

· Support the release or withdrawal of the correction when errors are found.

· Editors should make the necessary effort to prevent plagiarism / fake data.

· It is the editors' responsibility to keep the names of referees and authors mutually confidential.
· In the selection of the referees, the author should not give refereeing to people who have previously published a collaborative work, who have helped pre-read their studies, known to have problems with them before, who will benefit financially from the publication of the study, and who work in the same institution / unit with the author.

The Journal of Economics, Business and Finance Research provides open access as it adopts the principle that scientific research will be provided free of charge to humanity and that it will increase the global sharing of knowledge. In this framework, no fee is charged for sending articles, compilations, book reviews, etc. in our journal.
