Mustafa Akdağ was born in 1976 in Konya, Turkey. In 1999, he graduated from Selçuk University; Department of Public Relations and Publicity in Konya/Turkey. Also he completed his Post Graduated Degree in 2001 and PH Degree in 2007 in Department of Public Relations and Publicity; Institute of Social Sciences in Selçuk University/Konya. In 2007, he was appointed as an assistant professor in Karadeniz Technical University/Trabzon and then moved to Erciyes University/Kayseri. In 2010, he became Associate Professor of Public Relations. In 2015 he was appointed as a Professor in Erciyes University. He is stil working as a chair in Public Relations and Publicity Department and has been Dean at the Communication Faculty of Erciyes University 2016-2020 andDean at the Communication Faculty of Yozgat Bozok University 2020-2023 . He is married with three children.

His interests topics on public relations, crisis management and human research management and ever since he started the proffesion he has had some academic reseraches about his fields like books, chapter in books and articles in national and international journal. He is an editor of books title of “Strategic Approaches Based on Communicational Essential”, “Teamwork and Leadership”, “Crisis Management:Solution Focused on Communicative Basis” and a author of book title of “Organizational Perspectives on Human Resources and Public Relations”.

Completed his undergraduate education in Denizli Pamukkale University Turkish Language Teaching
programme in 1990. In the same year, he started to work as a Turkish Teacher at Beyelli-Kavaklar Primary
School in Denizli province Baklan district affiliated to the Ministry of National Education. In 2010, he
started working as a research assistant at Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University. In 2010, she completed her
master's degree at Pamukkale University and in 2013 she completed her doctorate at Çanakkale Onsekiz
Mart University. Her doctoral thesis was on argumentation in language education. During her doctoral
education, she participated in the methodological summer schools organised by the European Research
Association at the University of Birmingham, England and the University of Trondheim, Norway. During
her doctoral studies, she took courses on qualitative, quantitative and mixed research methods in
addition to her field courses. Until the pandemic period, she conducted her studies on listening education,
writing education, reading education, speaking education and teaching Turkish as a foreign language.
After the pandemic period, she conducted her research on digitalisation and digital transformation in
Turkish Education and Teaching Turkish as a Foreign Language. He has supervised 43 master's and 2
doctoral theses in the field of Turkish Education and Teaching Turkish as a Foreign Language and 10
master's and 1 doctoral students continue their thesis writing studies. He has 2 articles scanned in SSCI
indexes, 8 articles scanned in ESCI and field indexes, 27 articles scanned in TR index, 46 articles scanned
in other international indexes. He has 27 papers presented at international scientific meetings and
published in full text and 44 papers published in abstract text. He has authored 3 books, 81 book chapters
and edited 17 books. He took part in 16 projects as an executive, researcher and trainer. In 15 different
journals, he works as editor, language editor, field editor, assistant editor, editorial board member. He
took part in the organising committee of 17 international congresses and served as a member of the
scientific committee in 35 international congresses. He took part in 17 different panels and workshops.
He has been a consultant for 1 2209 project and received 5 awards from different institutions and
organisations. He has different coordinator duties in the department. Since 2015, he has taught and
continues to teach many different courses at undergraduate, graduate and doctoral levels. At Çanakkale
Onsekiz Mart University, he has taken part in many different administrative duties such as Vice Dean of
the Faculty of Education, member of the board of directors, vice chairman of the department, head of
the department, deputy director of the centre.
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Fatih Kana continues his research activities for the needs of the age by turning his
researches to the use of artificial intelligence in Turkish education. 

Ruggero Eugeni trained and worked with Francesco Casetti and Gianfranco Bettetini in film and media studies. His approach derives from semiotics and cultural studies: he mainly focused on the constitution of viewer experience by media and post-media dispositives within different historical and cultural contexts. More recently, he recovered conceptual tools from cognitive neurosciences to recast the idea of audiovisual media experience; from this point of view, he is currently studying (by integrating theoretical and experimental methodologies) the relationship between audiovisual styles and the spectator’s perception of time and rhythm.

As the rector's representative for the quality of education and inter-university and international relations, I have achieved considerable success. I strengthened the process of internationalization of the university. I have laid the foundations for a strategic partnership with five leading European teaching centres. I created a network of foreign contacts enabling the implementation of program assumptions with the use of distance learning. I became a reviewer for one of the Philippines' leading political science and journalism journals. I have published articles and chapters in peer-reviewed publications. I am the editorial secretary of the university magazine "Fides, Ratio et Patria". I co-organized numerous scientific events, also remotely.

On behalf of the University of Social and Media Culture in Toruń, I decided to enter into a strategic partnership project with, among others: Universita Degli Studi della Tuscia in Viterbo.
The task of the ERASMUS+ KA102 project is to research innovative crisis management practices in the Erasmus community (RIPEC).
RIPEC aims to coordinate joint research and issues and adopt innovative methods and tools to deal with Erasmus mobility crisis management.
The partnership includes six European universities:

The University of Social and Media Culture in Toruń in the GREENO2 strategic partnership project! The University of Social and Media Culture in Toruń has become a member of the strategic partnership initiated by the Italian partner, called GREENO2. The project is implemented under Action 2 of the Erasmus+ program under the number 2023-1-IT02-KA220-HED-000156281.
