Üniversite Öğrencilerinin Yabancı Dil Eğitiminde Artırılmış Gerçeklik Teknolojisi Kullanımına Yönelik Görüşleri

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı, yabancı dil eğitiminde kelime öğretimi için kullanılan AG uygulamaları hakkında üniversite öğrencilerinin görüş ve önerilerinin belirlenmesidir. Araştırmada yöntem olarak durum çalışması kullanılmış olup, çalışma grubu 38 üniversite öğrencisinden oluşmaktadır. Sekiz haftalık uygulama sürecinin ardından öğrencilerle yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme gerçekleştirilmiş ve elde edilen veriler içerik analizi ile çözümlenmiştir. Analiz sonuçlarına göre öğrenciler AG uygulamalarının, zaman tasarrufu ve akılda kalıcılık sağladığını düşünmektedir. Öğrenciler uygulama sürecinde bir takım teknik problemler (kare kod algılama sorunları, küçük ekran boyutu vb.) yaşadıklarını ifade etmiştir. Yabancı dil eğitiminde AG kullanımının olumlu ve olumsuz yanlarının yanı sıra öğrencilerin uygulamaya yönelik önerileri de incelenmiştir. Tüm öğrenci görüşleri ayrıntılı olarak ele alınmış ve ileride yapılacak uygulamalara yönelik önerilere yer verilmiştir.
