Erzincan University Journal of Science and Technology (EJSAT) uses LOCKSS system (https://www.lockss.org/) in order to create a distributed archiving system among the participating libraries and to provide a basis for these libraries to construct permanent archives with preserving and restoration aims. LOCKSS is an open-source, library-led digital preservation system built on the principle that “lots of copies keep stuff safe”.

All versions (submitted, accepted and published versions) of papers in EJSAT are deposited in the journal system, DergiPark. AS allows only published versions of papers to be deposited in PDF in an institutional or other repository of the author’s choice.
