3. Author Responsibility and Transparency

Authors are required to explicitly disclose any use of AI tools. The specific purpose (e.g., text editing, translation, summarization, etc.) and the tools used must be clearly stated in the “AI Usage Statement” section under the article’s ethical declaration.
Example Statement:
“During the writing process of this article, OpenAI ChatGPT (version: GPT-4) was used to ensure coherence and correct grammatical errors. The outputs generated by the AI were reviewed and adapted by the author in accordance with the academic context.”
Authors are fully responsible for the accuracy and validity of all content resulting from the use of AI.

4. Publication Ethics and Restrictions
• AI tools cannot be credited as authors under any circumstances.
• If any part of the manuscript includes AI-generated content or data, it must be carefully reviewed and, if necessary, verified with appropriate academic sources.
• AI tools should not be cited or listed in footnotes or bibliographies. Their use should only be mentioned in the “AI Usage Statement” section.
• Peer review processes should be based solely on expert judgment; review reports must not be entirely generated by AI.
• The journal commits to not using AI tools at any stage of the article evaluation process.
