Abstract

Son dönemde örgütsel öğrenme ve bilgi yönetimi konularında pek çok çalışma yapılmıştır. Ancak her iki konuda da çok farklı bakış açıları mevcuttur. Ayrıca örgütsel öğrenme ve bilgi yönetiminin birbirleri ile ilişkileri hususunda da belirsizlikler söz konusudur. Bu faktörler literatürden etkin bir biçimde yararlanmayı güçleştirmektedir. Bu çalışma söz konusu güçlüğün aşılmasına katkı sağlamayı hedeflemektedir. Çalışmada örgütsel öğrenme ve bilgi yönetimi literatürleri işlevsel bir bütünlük içinde değerlendirilecektir. Çalışmanın amacı, örgütsel öğrenme ve bilgi yönetimi literatürlerinin kesişim ve ayrışma noktalarının belirlenmesi, böylelikle araştırmacıların ve yöneticilerin bu iki araştırma alanındaki bulgu ve çıkarımlardan daha iyi yararlanmalarına imkân sağlayacak işlevsel bir bakış açısının sunulmasıdır
