Dilber Ulas is a Professor in Production Management and Marketing field at the University of Ankara, Faculty of Political Sciences. Her areas of interest and research are in marketing, branding, entreprenurship projects and entry strategies which she formalised in her PhD (2002) on “Joint Venture Styrategy as an Entry Strategy To International Markets”. She has presented papers at conferences both home and abroad, published articles and papers in various journals, published the books “Franchising System”, “Joint Venture Strategy as an Entry Mode”, “Entry Strategies and Globalization” and contributed the chapters to the books “An International Business Theory and Strategy, Large and Small Firms Perspectives”, “Enterprise Development in SMEs and Entrepreneurial Firms: Dynamic Processes” and “Intellectual Capital Report of Turkey and Business Cases”.

Gürkan ÇALMAŞUR got her bachelor's, master's and doctorate degrees in the Department of Economics. He was appointed as an assistant professor at Erzurum Technical University, Department of Economics in June 2013. He became an associate professor in 2017 and professor in 2023. His main research interests are microeconomics, industrial economics, behavioural economics, microeconometrics, efficiency and productivity analysis.

Dr Ferhat Cagri Aras is a Karadeniz Technical University Lecturer in International Relations in the faculty of economics and administrative sciences. His research focuses on South Asian development policies and the unmanned defence industry. He is particularly interested in Eurasian energy security and regional development agencies. Recently, his work is focused on regional policies and security strategies of Central Asian Countries with India. However, Dr Ferhat Çağrı Aras also continues field studies and case studies for the regional development programs of South Asia and the defence industry in Turkey.
