Abstract

Bu çalışma Elazığ yöresinde kediler üzerinde yapılmıştır. Toplam 36 kedi serumu Sabin·Feldman boya testi (SF) ile incelenmiş ve lO'sinde (%55.5) anti·Toxoplasma gondii anlikoru saptanmıştır. Seropozitif kedilerin 9'u (%45) 1116, 11'i (%55) 1/64 sulandırma basamaklarında pozitif bulunmuştur. Oışkı muayenesi ile kedilerin hiçbirinde Toxoplasma goOOii oocystine rastlanmamıştır

Abstract

This study was carried oul in eats in Elazığ. A total of 36 eals were examined for the presence of antiToxoplasma gondii antibodies using Sabin-Felclman dye test (SF). Anti-Toxoplasma gondii antibodies were detected in 20 (55.5%) of the eats. Titers ol 1/16, 1164 were found in 9 (45%) and 11 (55%) ol the seropozitive eats respectively, Toxoplasma gondii oocyst was not found in the faeces examination
