Abstract

Araştırmada Kuzeydoğu Anadolu Bölgesinde 1994-1996 tarihleri arasında 96 inek ve 119 koyun alık fötüslerinin bakteriyolojik eliyolojisi ve patolojik bulguları incelendi. Erzurum Bôlgesinde atık inek fôlüslerinde % 42.25 Bruceıla spp., %1.40 Haemophilus somnus, %1.40 Corynebacterium spp., koyun fötüslerimde % 45.23 Bruceıla spp., % 2.38 Corynebacterium spp., % 5.95 Salmoneıla abortus ovis ve % 3.57 oranında Campylobacter letus subspp; Kars Böl· gesinde, inek lôıüslerinde, % 40 Bruceıla spp., abortus, % 1.04 Campylobacter lelus subspp, koyun lötüslennda, % 5.70 Campylobacter letus spp, % 5.71 Salmoneıla abortus ovis ve % 1.19 oranında Streptococcus spp. izole edildi. Olguların ortalama % 54.81'inde bakteri saptanamadı. Histopatolojik incelemelerde, kalaral bronkopnömoni, irinsiz in­ tersilisyel nefrilis, karaciğerde yaygın ya da lokal nekrozlar, hepaıosillerde dejenerasyonlar gözlendi. Ayrıca 3 inek ve 4 koyun tötüsünde konjenital mallormasyon olarak, skolioz, artroz, prognali, ihtiyozis konjeniıa ve serebellar hipoplazi belirlendi

Etiological and pathological studies on bacterial abortions of sheeps and cattles in North-East Anatolia Region

Abstract

In this study were examined bacteriological etiology and pathologically findings ol 96 cattle 119 sheep aborted letuses in North·East Anatolia Region examined beetwen 1994-1996. In Erzurum Province, 42.25 % Bruceıla spp., 1.40 % Haemophilus somnus, 1.40 % Corynebacterium spp., 1.40 % Salmoneıla dublin in bovine aborted le· tuses and 45.23 % Bruceıla spp., 2.38 % Corynebacterium spp., 5.95 % Salmoneıla abortus ovis, 3.57 % Camp­ylobacter letus subspp. in sheep aborted letus were isolated. In Kars Province , 40 % Bruceıla spp., 1.04 % Camp· ylobacter letus in bovine aborted letuses and 5.70 % Campylobacter letus, 5.71 % Salmoneıla spp., 1.19 % Streptococcus spp. in sheep aborted letuses were isolated. Etiology ol the bacteria could not be determined on the average 54.81 % aborted letuses. Histopathologically, catarrhal bronchopneumonie, nonpurulent interstilial nephritis, dilluse or local necrosis in the liver, degeneration in hepatocytes were observated. Congenital mallormations ine­luding scoliose, arthrose, prognathie, cerebellar hypoplasie and ichtyosis congenita and were delected in 3 catlles and 4 sheeps letuses
