Tavuk Yumurtalarından Salmonella İzolasyon Çalışmaları

Abstract

Bu araştırmada satış yerlerinden ve kümeslerden temin edilen 400
adet tavuk yumurtası Salmonella yönünden muayene edilmiştir.
Yumurtaların kabuğundan ve içinden yapılan muayenelerde Salmonella
mikroorganizmaları izole edilememiştir.
Araştırılan 400 adet yumurtanın muayeneleri sonucunda yumurtanın
kabuğundan 36 adet Klebsiella, 30 adet E.coli, 8 adet Citrobactre, 7 adet Stafilokok, 5 adet Enterobacter, 3 adet Serratia ve 1 adet Shigella, yumurtanın içinden ise 3 adet Klebsiella, 8 adet Shigella, 1'er adet E.coli ve Enterobacter tespit edilmiştir.

«A study on the isolation of salmonellae from hens eggs»

Abstract

In this study hens' eggs were examined for Salmonellae. These eggs
were obtained from laying flocks and supermarkets.
Salmonellae were not isolated from the shell and the conterit of these
eggs.
In our experiment, we isolated 36 Klebsiella, 30 E.coli, 8 Citrobacter,
7 Staphylococ, 5 Enterobacter, 3 Serratia and 1 Shigella from the shell of
eggs and 3 Klebsiella, 8 Shigella, 1 E.coli and 1 Enterobacter from content
of eggs.
