Süt ve Süt Ürünlerinde Listeriaların Aranması

Abstract

Süt ve süt ürünlerinde Listeria'ların aranması projesinde 2 yıllık süre içinde
Ankara piyasasından 50'şer adet beyaz peynir, tulum peyniri, pastörize tereyağı,
pastörize süt ve 186 adet çiğ süt örneği toplandı. Örneklerde FDA metodu
uygulanarak Listerialar arandı.

Detection of Listeria spp. in milk and milk products

Abstract

In the project of detection of Listeria spp. in milk and milk products, white
cheese, "tulum" cheese, pasteurised milk samples (50 samples) were collected
in Ankara within a period of two years. The samples were examined for Listeria
spp. by FDA method.
