SPF yumurtaya corio :ıllantoik yolla in kule edilmiş, 36-48 saatler arası amnioallantoik
Aşılar şu anda istekler doğrultusunda +4 °C'de özel ambalajlarında tüm
yurda sevk edilmekte olup üretimimiz tüm ülkenin ihtiyacına cevap verecek
durumdadır.

The Study on live, Lyophilized IBV vaccines production by using IBV H-
120 and H-52 strains.
In this research; Vaccine production against to lnfections Bronchitis disease
had been aimed by the live, freeze-dried , Mass. type H-120 and H-52
IBV strains had been inoculated to 9-11 days old embriyoted SPF eggs by the
corio-allontoic route .After 36-48 hours, the virus content. 2-3 % tyndalizated
ski m med m ilk powder is ad d ed to vaccine harvest and lyophilized . Lyophilized
vaccines are stored in the -20 oc deep-freeze room . (20 ,23)
According to demands, the vaccines have been dispatching to all over the
country, in the special boxes at +4°C.
