Dr. İrfan Doğan is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Finance and Banking at the Gerede Faculty of Applied Sciences, Bolu Abant İzzet Baysal University, where he also serves as Vice Chair of the Department. He received his bachelor's degree from Giresun University, his master's degree from Bolu Abant İzzet Baysal University, and his Ph.D. in Banking from Ankara Hacı Bayram Veli University.
