EXAMINING THE EFFECTS OF THE ROLE CONFLICT EXPERIENCED BY EMPLOYEES IN ORGANIZATIONS

Year 2019, Volume: 1 Issue: 2, 13 - 35, 18.11.2019

Abstract

The
fact that organizations can survive in a constantly changing and developing
competitive environment, have a sustainable dynamic structure, and their
performance, productivity and the feeling of belonging to the organization. It
can be concluded that in organizations where the turnover rate is very little
or not at all, it is managed correctly. Employees' satisfaction with their jobs
is shaped by their passion for their jobs. The passion of the employees depends
on the opportunities given to them. In the research, it is understood that
there is a negative increase in the thoughts of employees who have conflicts of
role against the organization, but the thoughts of the employees who do their
jobs passionately have a positive effect. The sample of the study consists of
380 white-collar workers in the private and public sectors. After finding
factor and reliability analyzes in IBM SPSS 25 and AMOS programs, correlation,
regression and sobel analysis were used to analyze the relationships between
the variables and the results were evaluated.

ÖRGÜTLERDE ÇALIŞANLARIN YAŞADIKLARI ROL ÇATIŞMASININ ETKİLERİNİN İNCELENMESİ

Year 2019, Volume: 1 Issue: 2, 13 - 35, 18.11.2019
