Sinemada Kuleshov Etkisi ve Sosyal Medya: Kavramsal Bir Tartışma

Abstract

Lev Kuleshov’un 1920’lerde ortaya koyduğu ve sinematik anlamın tek bir karenin ötesinde montajla üretildiğini ortaya koyan “Kuleshov Etkisi” neredeyse bir asır sonra da yapay zekanın kurgusal gerçekliğinde karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Sinemaya özgü bir kavram olan Kuleshov Etkisi’yle izleyiciye iletilen farklı anlamlar günümüzün teknolojisinde farklı yöntemlerle dönüşerek yeni bir boyut kazanmaktadır. Çalışmada Instagram üzerinden görsel eşleşme, metinsel bağlam oluşturma, kişiye özel algoritma akışı gibi farklı kurgu stratejilerini içeren farklı örnekler göstergebilimsel çözümlemeyle analiz edilmiştir. Bulgular, açıklama metinleri, kullanılan görsel renk filtreleri, farklı zaman ve mekanlara ait görüntülerin montajı vb. anlamın inşasını etkilerken yaratılan yeni kurgu gerçekliği manipüle etmektedir.
