BUĞDAY-SOYA KÜSPESİ AĞIRLIKLI RASYONLARA DOĞAL RENK MADDESİ OLARAK ASPİR TAÇ YAPRAĞI EKSTRAKTI İLAVESİNİN BILDIRCINLARDA YUMURTA SARI RENGİNE ETKİSİ

Abstract

Bu çalışma, damızlık Japon bıldırcını rasyonlarına farklı seviyelerde ilave edilen aspir taç yaprağı ekstraktının yumurta sarı rengine etkisini tespit etmek için yapılmıştır. Toplam 210 adet (43 günlük yaşta) dişi bıldırcın her birinde 30 adet olmak üzere 7 muamele grubuna ayrılmıştır. Buğday soya küspesine dayalı rasyona 0, 5,10, 15, 20 mg/kg seviyelerinde aspir taç yaprağı ekstraktı, sentetik renklendırici olarak 20 mg/kg Sunset yellovv ve mısır-soya küspeli rasyon olmak üzere hazırlanan 7 farklı rasyon 42 gün boyunca ad-libitum olarak yedirilmiştir. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre en yüksek HCYC, RCF ve LT değerleri mısır-soya küspesi grubunda gerçekleşmiştir (P<0.05). Aspir taç yaprağı ekstraktı tüketen gruplarda yumurta sarı rengi Sunset yellovv tüketen gruplarla benzer bulunmuştur.
