Evaluation process

1. The works to be sent to the journal must be studies conducted within the last seven years, have not been previously published elsewhere or submitted for evaluation for publication elsewhere. Articles that are stated or determined to have been published anywhere before are not published. Although it has been published anywhere before, the responsibility of the legal consequences that may arise in terms of copyrights of the published articles because they are not specified or cannot be determined belongs to the author(s).

2. Studies that are not written in accordance with the spelling rules of Harran Education Journal will not be evaluated. APA 6th style should be used for spelling rules (titles, tables, pictures, diagrams, citations, citations and other issues).

3. The authors of all studies submitted to the journal are informed that the submissions have been received. Manuscripts submitted to the journal are first reviewed by the journal editor. At this stage, the journal editor may return the studies to the authors in terms of both technical and scope and content. For the article accepted by the editor, a field editor is appointed by the editor, taking into account the field of expertise. Manuscripts are sent by the field editor to at least two blind-referees in the referee board of the journal. If both referee reports are positive and the field editor finds it appropriate, the articles are published. If one of the referees gives a negative report, the journal editor may reject the article or send it to another referee.

4. All changes requested by the journal editor or referees are made by the authors within 20 days. The corrected manuscript is re-examined by the referees who request changes or corrections when necessary. No changes can be made by the authors on the articles that have passed the editorial board and are finalized.

5. If the total number of articles found publishable by the referees is more than the number of articles to be published in that issue, the journal editor decides which articles will be published.

6. The authors are responsible for the opinions expressed in the articles and the accuracy of the sources.

7. The copyrights of the works accepted for publication belong to Harran Education Journal. The author is also not paid royalties.

8. In the case of translations, the translator must have obtained all necessary permissions and, if necessary, paid for the use of copyright.

9. No fee is charged from the authors published in Harran Education Journal.
