History and Historian started its publication life in order to present the political, social and cultural changes and transformations in Turkish and world history in all aspects and to offer comparative solutions to problematic areas. Published biannually (December-June), each issue includes researchers' reviews of books, archival documents, films, and scientific workshops, as well as discussion and review articles that offer innovative commentary on different fields of expertise. Open to new and productive research, methods and debates in the historical field, the journal also provides a suitable platform for interdisciplinary dialogue. The publication languages of History and Historian, a scientific, open access and peer-reviewed e-journal, are Turkish and English.
