The Copyright Form should be added and signed to the submitted articles. By signing this form, the authors accept that if their article is accepted for publication in the Journal of Harran University Medical Faculty, it will be published under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0). The authors retain the intellectual rights to the article under this license, but transfer the commercial usage rights of the article to the Journal of Harran University Medical Faculty.

The articles published in the journal are licensed under the CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 license. This license allows users to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, link to the full texts, or use them for any other lawful purpose; without requiring prior permission from the publisher or the author for the aforementioned uses. This is compatible with the BOAI definition of open access.

The intellectual copyright of the published article belongs to the author(s) under the CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 license.
