Reviewing Process

The manuscript submitted to the journal is subject to an open peer-review process. The submitted manuscript is sent to two reviewers.

  • If both reviewers find the work to be published, the article is accepted for publication. The editor checks the corrections deemed necessary by the reviewers, and the final version of the article is approved.
  • If one of the reviewers finds the work to be published, the article is sent to a third reviewer.
  • The manuscript is rejected if both reviewers do not find the work to be publishable.
The manuscript is evaluated under six headings: ABSTRACT and KEYWORDS, INTRODUCTION, METHODOLOGY, FINDINGS, DISCUSSION and CONCLUSION, LANGUAGE and REFERENCES.

In addition to answering the questions regarding the evaluation by the reviewers, they are expected to make suggestions to the editor and the author.

The reviewers who accept to evaluate are given 15 days for the first evaluation. The evaluation process of an article is completed in an average of 60 days.

The ethical responsibilities of the reviewers are explained in detail on the Ethical Principles and Publication Policy page.
