The Human Rights Yearbook began its publication in 1979 at the Public Administration Institute for Turkey and the Middle East (TODAIE) and has been published at Ankara Hacı Bayram Veli University (HBV) since 2018. The journal is abbreviated as İHY.
The Human Rights Yearbook is a national peer-reviewed journal published annually in December and has been indexed in the TR Index since 2007.
