The Human Rights Yearbook is a double-blind, anonymous, peer-reviewed academic journal that publishes work in all fields of law associated with human rights and human rights law, as well as related disciplines such as political science, international relations, sociology from academics, practitioners, and researchers in accordance with the principles of scientific research. The journal aims to contribute to the national and international legal literature on human rights by publishing original scientific studies.
Articles and translations are published within the scope of the Human Rights Yearbook. These may be in either Turkish or English. The journal’s content includes studies in the fields of private and public law related to human rights, human rights law, and other relevant disciplines. It is published annually in December.
