Dr. Zoulal Mansouri is an Associate Professor at Hassan II University of Casablanca in Morocco, where she specializes in higher education. She earned her Ph.D. in Higher Education and was a Fulbright Scholar at the University of South Florida, USA, where she focused her research on student affairs, particularly examining student retention and persistence in higher education. In addition to her teaching role in Morocco, Dr. Mansouri has also taught in Switzerland and Spain, where she lived for several years.

Novi Paramita Dewi is an assistant professor at the Department of Public Policy and Management, Universitas Gadjah Mada. She earned her doctoral degree in Theoretical Economics (National Development) at the Institute of South-South Cooperation and Development, Peking University. Her research focuses on the issues related to environmental policy and development, development management, and subjective well-being. Her latest work is related to the economic cost of air pollution on mental health in Indonesia.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Erhan Kılınç, graduated from Başkent University, Faculty of Health Sciences, Department of Health Institutions Management (with a full scholarship) in 2000. Between 2000 and 2010, he held administrative positions in both the private sector and public healthcare sector. In 2009, he began his master's degree in the Department of Health Management at Cumhuriyet University's Institute of Health Sciences, successfully completing the program in 2012. From 2011 to 2017, he served as a Lecturer at Kilis 7 Aralık University, Vocational School of Health Services. Between 2013 and 2016, he completed his PhD in the Department of Business Administration at Kilis 7 Aralık University's Institute of Social Sciences. In 2021, he earned the title of Associate Professor in the field of Management and Strategy. He is currently a faculty member and the Head of the Department of International Trade and Business at Selçuk University, Beyşehir Ali Akkanat Faculty of Business. Kılınç is the assistant editor-in-chief of three journals (JAPSS, SAYOD, JOHMAL). He has numerous publications in the fields of health management, organizational behavior, management and organization, strategic management, and human resource management.
