Abstract
The Faculties of Economics and Administrative Sciences are the most widespread and active faculties with the highest number of students in Turkey. However, today, it is facing very important problems such as quota, curriculum difference, education quality, faculty quality, internship, practice lesson. In addition, these faculties, where too many graduates are given. This study aims to develop solutions for the uncertain future of this faculties, and to carry this situation to the literature. In this regard, problems in the field were tried to be identified in accordance with the interviews made with 17 experienced faculty members of the field. The high number of quotas together with the number of faculties and their derivatives constitutes the quantitative problem also with the updating of the curriculum, the quality of students and faculty members created the problem of quality. From this point of view, it has been developed to reduce the number of students to a certain level by going to the quota restriction, at the same time, to decrease the number of faculties, especially the merging of faculties, to update the curriculum in accordance with the needs of the age and to recruit students from a certain percentile.
