Mobbing is a concept which is frequently encountered in business life. The frequency of mobbing incidents has increased the number of studies on it. The purpose of this study is to analyze the theses on mobbing in the Council of Higher Education National Thesis Center, systemically compile them and study the amount of mobbing in sports in Turkey. The document analysis method was used for this research. Within this scope, master’s theses and doctoral dissertations submitted to the Council of Higher Education National Thesis Center between 2008-2020 were analyzed. By analyzing 43 theses about mobbing in sports, documents that will serve the purpose of the research were obtained. The research yielded 34 master’s theses and 9 doctoral dissertations. The use of more than one variable was seen in these master’s theses and doctoral dissertations. It was found that the most common sample group in the theses was physical education and sport teachers as well as academics. While the number of people in the sample group is between 80 and 566 in master’s theses, the number is between 149 and 1014 in doctoral dissertations. The research method in 34 master’s theses was the quantitative research method. 8 of the doctoral dissertations used the quantitative research method while 1 doctoral dissertation was a mixed methods research. The most commonly used scale for mobbing was the “Negative Acts Questionnaire (NAQ)” adapted to Turkish by Cemaloğlu (2007). In addition, the use of other mobbing scales was detected.
