Journal of Apitherapy and Nature (JAN) is the publication of the “Apitherapy and Nature Research Group” (https://avesis.ktu.edu.tr/arastirma-grubu/apiterapivedoga) centered at Karadeniz Technical University.

JAN is an international peer-reviewed scientific journal dedicated to publishing high-quality research on apitherapy, bee products, and natural products with potential applications in medicine, pharmacology, food science, biotechnology, and environmental sciences. The journal aims to provide a multidisciplinary platform for researchers working on the biological, chemical, medical, and technological aspects of natural substances, particularly those derived from bee products and medicinal plants. 

The journal seeks to promote scientific knowledge on the therapeutic potential, biological properties, and applications of natural products in health sciences and related disciplines. By publishing original and innovative research, the journal contributes to the advancement of evidence-based studies in apitherapy and natural product research.

The journal publishes original research articles, review articles, and letters to the editor. All submitted manuscripts undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review process. The journal welcomes contributions from researchers, clinicians, and scientists worldwide working in disciplines related to apitherapy, natural products, pharmacology, biotechnology, food science, and environmental sciences. Also, the editor may invite reviews covering recent developments in particular fields of interest. Contribution is open to researchers of all nationalities.
