Doktorasını Sivil Havacılık Yönetimi, Doçentliğini Yönetim ve Organizasyon dalında almış olup halen Eskişehir Teknik Üniversitesi, Havacılık ve Uzay Bilimleri Fakültesi Havacılık Yönetimi Bölümünde öğretim üyeliğini ve bölüm başkanlığını sürdürmektedir.
2009-2015 yılları arasında Türk Hava Yolları ve Pegasus Hava Yolları dahil olmak üzere sivil havacılık sektöründe çalışan Dr. Tüzün Tolga İnan, Eskişehir Anadolu Üniversitesi'nden 2017 yılında sivil havacılık yönetimi doktora derecesi ile mezun oldu. Halen Bahçeşehir Üniversitesi Uygulamalı Bilimler Yüksekokulu Pilotaj Bölümü'nde Bölüm Başkanı ve Havacılık Yönetimi Yüksek Lisans Koordinatörü olarak görev yapan Dr. Tüzün Tolga İnan, sivil havacılığın yönetim perspektifi ile ilgili ulusal ve uluslararası kitap, makale ve bildiriler yayınlayarak akademik literatürü sektörel deneyimi çerçevesinde geliştirmeye devam etmektedir. Araştırmalarında makine öğrenmesi, zaman serileri, çok boyutlu ölçekleme, veri zarflama analizi gibi istatistiksel modelleri kullanmaktadır. İlgili kitapta yolcu ve kargo stratejileri altında sınıflandırılan havayolları, tarifeli seferler, havacılıkta olay ve kaza incelemesi, makine öğrenmesi yaklaşımı ve talep tahminine yönelik analiz yöntemleri incelenmektedir.

Gülaçtı ŞEN, who has been in the professional business world since 2008, completed the Department of Business Administration at Anadolu University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences between 2007-2012. He completed his Master's degree in Business Administration at Beykent University, Institute of Graduate Education in 2015. He completed his PhD in Business Administration at Beykent University, Institute of Graduate Education in 2020. His master's and doctoral theses are related to the field of entrepreneurship and the aviation industry. Between 2010-2016, he served Turkish Airlines as a Passenger Services Officer at Turkish Ground Service A.Ş. in the aviation sector. ŞEN, who has been teaching aviation in different aviation programs at universities since 2016, has been serving as an Assistant Professor at Balıkesir University, Edremit Civil Aviation School, Aviation Department since 2022. His research covers qualitative and qualitative research techniques that aim to provide new empirical evidence in the field of management (especially for the aviation industry). His books Career in Civil Aviation were published in 2019, A Day in the Terminal - Interviews with Employees of Different Aviation Professions in 2021, and Strategic Management in Aviation: Passenger Services Management in 2022.
Dr. Mohammad Owais Farooqui is an Associate Professor in the Department of Public Law at the College of Law, University of Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. He holds a Ph.D. in Aerospace Law from NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad, India. His scholarly and research expertise is situated at the intersection of aerospace law, and the normative governance of emerging technologies, encompassing unmanned aircraft systems, artificial intelligence, space activities, and digital governance. Dr. Farooqui has authored and coauthored an extensive corpus of peer-reviewed scholarship and has delivered invited lectures and scholarly presentations at international conferences across Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and North America. He was the recipient of the Assad Kotaite Graduate and Postdoctoral Fellowship Fund (AKGP Fellowship) awarded by the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), Canada, in support of his doctoral studies, and was previously awarded a merit scholarship at the master’s level to pursue his LL.M. degree. Prof. Sengur currently is a member of Department of Department of Aviation Management, Faculty of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Eskisehir Technical University, Turkey. She earned her PhD in Aviation Management and completed her Master and Bachelor degrees in Aviation Management as well. She conducted her post-doctoral research at Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, Florida, USA on a grant from the Turkish Higher Education Council in 2010. Currently she also holds the position of the Director of the Women in Science and Technology Center at Eskisehir Technical University.
As a Professor at the Department of Aviation Management, Faculty of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Eskisehir Technical University, she had gained valuable experience in teaching both graduate and undergraduate levels. She had also conducted multiple international and national research projects, organized several conferences, delivered papers on national and international aviation and management symposiums, and published articles in national and international peer-reviewed journals. She also authored several chapters and books. Prof. Sengur had also consulted the Turkish State Planning Organization, Turkish Transportation Ministry and Turkish Directorate General of Civil Aviation for several National Aviation legislations and White Papers.
Prof. Sengur is an expert in Airport and Airline Management and her research interests incorporate but not limited to Strategic Management, Transportation Policies, and Corporate Social responsibility. Her current research interest focuses on Airport Governance Models, Airport Public Private Partnerships, Airline Business models, and Responsible Management in Aviation.
Divij Arora is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Aerospace Engineering at Uttaranchal University, India. He holds a Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering from Lovely Professional University and is currently pursuing his Ph.D. in the same field. His research interests encompass aerodynamics, computational fluid dynamics (CFD), propulsion systems, and aerospace structures.I have contributed to several projects, including the design and testing of a hybrid rocket engine test bench setup and the fabrication and simulation of NACA airfoil profiles. His work emphasizes experimental propulsion and aerodynamic analysis, integrating advanced CAD modeling, simulation, and experimental validation. He has authored multiple publications in reputed journals and has been actively involved in innovative aerospace design projects such as VTOL UAV concepts and hypersonic flow analysis over spiked re-entry bodies. His ongoing research focuses on advancing aerodynamic efficiency and thermal management in aerospace vehicles through CFD-based analysis and design optimization.

Received the B.Tech. and M.Tech degrees in measurement engineering from National Technical University of Ukraine "Kyiv Polytechnic Institute", Kyiv, Ukraine, in 2005 and 2007, respectively. The Ph. D. degree in devices and methods of measurement electric and magnetic quantities from Institute of Electrodynamics, National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, Kyiv, Ukraine, in 2012. The Doctor of science degree in computer systems and components from Institute of Electrodynamics, NAS of Ukraine, Kyiv, Ukraine, in 2020. With over 15 years of experience in scientific research.
Currently head of the department of theoretical electrical engineering and diagnostics of electrical equipment, Institute of Electrodynamics, National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, Kyiv, Ukraine. Holds several patents, over 200 paper in journals and conference proceedings, several book chapter at Springer book series and four books.
The main direction of the scientific research is focused on engineering and information technology, involving the development and practical implementation of intelligent sensor–based information systems for condition monitoring and fault diagnosis of energy equipment (turbines, hydrogenerators, as well as wind and solar power plant equipment). The proposed systems integrate data acquisition, digital signal processing, and decision-support algorithms, ensuring reliable information flows for engineering applications, including aspects related to information integrity and resilience in IT environments, such as combating disinformation within technical and industrial information systems.
