The researcher completed his primary and secondary education in Muğla. He graduated from the Department of Social Studies Education at Muğla Sıtkı Koçman University. He was appointed to the same department as a research assistant within the scope of the 50/d staff position; later, he was appointed as a research assistant at Pamukkale University within the scope of the Academic Staff Training Program (ÖYP). He completed his master’s degree in the Department of Social Studies Education at Muğla Sıtkı Koçman University. He completed his doctorate in social studies education within the scope of the Primary Education Doctoral Program at Pamukkale University. He served as a doctoral research assistant and assistant professor at the same institution. He continues to work at the same institution as an associate professor. The researcher’s academic interests include service-learning in social studies education, volunteering, STEM, and forest school approaches.

Ahmet Erol is a research assistant at the Department of Preschool Education, Pamukkale University, Denizli, Turkey. His research interests include environmental education, self-regulation in early childhood, STEM education in early childhood, social skills in preschool period. Some of his articles have been published in the following journals: Current Psychology, Death Studies, European Early Childhood Education Research Journal, Early Child Development and Care, The Journal of Educational Research.

Yazar Yozgat’ın Sorgun ilçesinde doğdu. İlköğretim ve ortaöğretimini Sorgunda tamamladı. Cumhuriyet Üniversitesi Eğitim Fakültesi’nde lisans eğitimini bitirdi. İstanbul’un Esenyurt ilçesinde sınıf öğretmenliği yaptı ve İstanbul Üniversitesi Eğitim Bilimleri Enstitüsü Sınıf Öğretmenliği programında yüksek lisansını tamamladı. Gazi Üniversitesi Eğitim Bilimleri Enstitüsü Sınıf Eğitimi programında doktora eğitimine başladı. Ayrıca Yıldız Teknik Üniversitesi Eğitim Fakültesi Temel Eğitim Bölümü Sınıf Eğitimi Ana Bilim Dalında araştırma görevlisi olarak çalışmaya başladı ve hala aynı yerde Dr. Öğr Üyesi olarak çalışmaktadır.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Kutup Ata Tuncer completed his high school education at İstanbul Anatolian Fine Arts High School in 1999. He earned his Bachelor’s degree from Yıldız Technical University, Faculty of Art and Design, Department of Music and Performing Arts, Audio Design (Music Composition) Program in 2007. He obtained his Master’s degree in the Music Education Program at Yeditepe University, Faculty of Educational Sciences in 2009. In 2016, he received the Proficiency in Art degree (equivalent to a doctorate) from Haliç University Conservatory, Institute of Social Sciences, Turkish Music Department.

He began his academic career in 2013 as a Lecturer in the Faculty of Fine Arts, Department of Performing Arts at İstanbul Yeni Yüzyıl University. In 2016, he was appointed as Assistant Professor in the same department. In 2018, he joined Kafkas University State Conservatory as Assistant Professor in the Department of Traditional Turkish Music, Turkish Art Music Major, where he also served as Head of the Major. After receiving the title of Associate Professor in 2021, he was appointed Head of the Traditional Turkish Music Department at Kafkas University. In 2022, he transferred to Manisa Celal Bayar University, where he currently serves as Associate Professor in the Music Education Program, Department of Fine Arts Education, Faculty of Education. He continues his academic research, teaching, and administrative activities at this institution.

Dr. Korkmaz conducts research on English as a Second Language, Language Acquisition, Applied Linguistics and Educational Linguistics, Educational Readiness, Quality Assurance in Higher Education, Accreditation of Undergraduate and Graduate Education Programs.
