REFLECTİONS OF SMART DİGİTAL TECHNOLOGİES ON CORPORATE CULTURE

Öz

This study explores the profound impact of digital technologies on corporate culture, highlighting the comprehensive transformation of business dynamics and organizational workflows. Digital transformation entails not only the adoption of technological tools but also the redefinition of business processes, strategies, and employee roles, enhancing efficiency, flexibility, and competitiveness while introducing new challenges and opportunities. The significance of digital communication tools surged during the COVID-19 pandemic, facilitating remote work and emphasizing their importance in maintaining collaboration and team spirit. Digital platforms enhance employee engagement and experience by offering personalized learning and development opportunities, improving job satisfaction and motivation. Furthermore, data-driven decision-making processes, supported by big data analytics and artificial intelligence, enable organizations to make informed strategic decisions and optimize operational processes, though data security and privacy remain critical concerns.

Öz

Bu çalışma, akıllı dijital teknolojilerin kurumsal kültür üzerindeki derin etkilerini inceleyerek iş dünyasının dinamikleri ve organizasyonel iş akışlarının kapsamlı dönüşümünü vurgulamaktadır. Dijital dönüşüm, yalnızca teknolojik araçların benimsenmesini değil, aynı zamanda iş süreçlerinin, stratejilerin ve çalışan rollerinin yeniden tanımlanmasını gerektirerek verimlilik, esneklik ve rekabetçiliği artırırken yeni zorluklar ve fırsatlar sunar. COVID-19 pandemisi sırasında dijital iletişim araçlarının önemi artmış, uzaktan çalışma modeli benimsenmiş ve bu araçların iş birliği ve ekip ruhunu korumadaki önemi belirgin hale gelmiştir. Dijital platformlar, çalışanların kişiselleştirilmiş öğrenme ve gelişim fırsatlarına erişimini kolaylaştırarak iş tatmini ve motivasyonunu artırır. Ayrıca, büyük veri analitiği ve yapay zeka destekli veri tabanlı karar verme süreçleri, organizasyonların stratejik kararlar almasını ve operasyonel süreçlerini optimize etmesini sağlar, ancak veri güvenliği ve gizliliği kritik endişeler arasında yer alır.
